I think I had my first conversation with Adam this morning. I was buckling him in the car seat when he saw himself in the mirror. He smiled and pointed at himself.
Mom: "Is that your favorite person?"
Adam: "Yeah."
I think we're doing pretty well with self-esteem so far.

Love it! Wish I could tape some of those little first conversations! I told my 3 yr old niece the other day that "i love your curly hair" and she replied "thanks. maybe someday you can have curls"
