fighting the flu fight

I had been wishing for the time to watch movies on our new 42" inch plasma, and I got it this week, just not the way I wanted. I got the flu, or at least a flu-like illness. Yes, I got the flu shot, but it either wasn't effective against this particular strain or wasn't completely effective. I think I am on the mend. I haven't had fever since last night. I spiked to 101 degrees on Wednesday night. I can't remember the last time I had one that high. I have watched through our stack of Blockbuster by mail - Dallas: The Complete Fourth Season - Disc 3, Borat [WS], Beyond the Gates of Splendor. (The fourth DVD was broken.) Patrick went to Blockbuster and got three more movies last night. Blockbuster is cool! Time to watch the next one.
