first fire station visit
I'm hopelessly behind on blogging, and I'm not going to try to catch up, but here are some pictures from a visit with my moms group to a fire station a couple of weeks ago. It was Adam's first visit to a fire station, and our first outing in our new (to us) van. Afterwards, we cara(mini)vaned to McKay's Mill for a picnic. There are four other babies near Adam's age in the group, and it was so much fun to watch them interact!

dear santa

Amazon has their Tonka trucks on sale. I'm sure Adam wants one. He just doesn't know it yet. Okay, his mother always wanted one, but never got up the nerve to ask for one.

out of house and home
This is Adam's pantry. There is some more baby food in another cabinet and 170 oz of milk in the freezer. The boy likes to eat, and we are prepared!

famous last words
Last night, on the way home from the Schermerhorn...
Me: "Oh great, we'll get to sleep in tomorrow!"
Lydia: "Come on, you never sleep in!"
Me: "Well, you never know..."
Have I mentioned how often she's right?
On the upside, I think I hear a creature stirring in the house. Maybe I can head him off before she hears him.
