approaching "always-connected"
I'm entering this blog entry with the PowerBook connected to Lydia's Treo 300 using WirelessModem. According to Cnet's bandwidth meter, I'm getting 83 kbps... faster than a 56k modem! And... with the charge/sync cable, I don't have to worry about draining the Treo battery. Sure, it's not cable modem speeds, but it's very workable for email and light web stuff.
